I didn't start my career in a boardroom; I started it in high-stakes environments where de-escalation and therapeutic intervention were the daily standards. Working in behavioral science, I mastered the art of guiding people through their most vulnerable moments of transition.
I eventually realized that a multi-million dollar corporation undergoing an ERP migration isn't that different from an individual facing a life change: both require clarity, structure, and a guide who understands the 'why' behind the 'how.'
Today, I leverage my MBA and Agile expertise to ensure that digital shifts don’t leave your people behind. I’ve launched 'Sprint Quests' that turned boring training into 95% user adoption and used ADKAR methodologies to de-risk global rollouts. My approach is data-driven, psychology-backed, and deeply human.
